sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

agregamos:

instalamos la key:

sudo apt-get install medibuntu-keyring

actualizamos los repositorios

sudo apt-get update

instalamos:

sudo apt-get install ffmpeg libavcodec-extra-52

listo

de esta manera mi convirtió sin problemas para los dispositivos a iphone/ipod
